All our cigars are 100% authentic. They come from the best importers of Habanos in Switzerland

How much are the shipping charges?
We ship worldwide FREE OF CHARGE
What countries do you deliver your cigars to?
We ship free of charge from Switzerland everywhere in the world including the USA. Deliveries are guaranted to any location worldwide
Do you remove the rings?
We never remove the rings. The cigars are shipped in their original box after the checking by our team of professionals
What method of payment do you accept?
We accept AMERICAN EXPRESS, VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards. We accept payment by bank wire too. The bank wire prices are lower but we insist to receive the WHOLE bank wire price without any deduction or charges
In what currency are your prices?
Our prices are in US dollars
Will I have to pay taxes at receipt of my parcel?
Our cigars are usually delivered without customs duties. However some countries sometimes charge for duties. In such case if the tax is too high you can refuse the parcel and it will be sent back to us. Such orders can be refunded (less 30 US $) or re-shipped (with an additional 30 US $ charge). Please note that we ship the cigars in a CONFIDENTIAL way to avoid taxes
What is your return policy?
We do not have a return policy except if we have shipped a wrong item or if the shipment has been damaged
Do you guarantee the delivery?
We guarantee the delivery. If the shipment does not arrive for any reason we will replace the order
What happens if my cigars do not arrive?
If for any reason you do not receive your parcel we will either credit you in full or replace the same order free of charge
At which temperature should I store my cigars?
Temperature in the humidor must be 16-18°c (60-66°F) at a 65-70 % humidity level
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum orders except for the 5-pack samplers which must be ordered at least by two.
