Our Cigars

Bestswisscigars.com sell genuine and 100 % authentic Cuban and non-Cuban cigars as well as luxury smoker accessories. Connoisseurs say that the best cigars in the world come from Switzerland. We purchase most of our Cuban cigars from Intertabak AG, the official importer of Habanos in Switzerland. Our other Cuban cigars come from other Swiss importers of Cuban cigars which reputation is firmly established. Our non-Cuban cigars come from DAVIDOFF (Davidoff, Griffin's, AVO, Winston Churchill, Zino) the famous Swiss company. All our cigars are carefully checked by the importer and then by our own team. Each box is opened for the checking. We do not remove the rings.

Humidors

Our luxury humidors come from the best brands in the world. We sell Elie Bleu (France), Michel Perrenoud and Davidoff (Switzerland).

Shipping

We ship everywhere in the world, including the USA. The shipping charges and insurance are INCLUDED in our prices!
All rates and taxes applicable in the destination country shall be the responsibility of the customer. We suggest you contact your customs agency for further information. Please note that we are not responsible for any duties, tariffs, taxes, or other restrictions imposed by the destination country. Tobacco related laws differ from one country to another and any VAT, taxes, or customs, if applicable, shall be paid upon receipt of shipment. The customer is responsible to know their own countries tobacco import laws and regulations before placing their order.

Prices

All our prices are in US $, shipping and insurance included.

Payment options

a) We accept payment by VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards

b) Payment by bank wire is encouraged. The bank wire price is 5 % lower than the credit card one. If you pay by bank wire please inform your bank that we must receive the FULL AMOUNT without any charge deduction. If we do not receive the full Bank Wire amount we will not send the goods and will ask you to pay the balance
c) Checks: we unfortunately cannot accept checks

Delivery time

a) Once payment has been received all cigars and accessories in stock are shipped immediately

b) On occasion that an item is not in stock we will notify you via email on placement of your order with the expected delivery time. In the event of any changes to this we will contact you by email.

c) In the unlikely event that we are not able to supply an item and the order has been accepted by us, we will refund the full amount.

Order cancellation period

You can cancel your order within 24 hours. After this right-to-cancel period we will not accept any cancellation.

Return policy

We do not have a return policy. If we have shipped a wrong item please inform us and we will immediately replace it free of charge.

Privacy and data protection

a) All collected information is treated in a strict confidentiality

b) We only request information required to fulfil the order

c) We do not transfer, send or sell any personal data to third parties

Applicable law and juridiction

This agreement is subject to Swiss law, excluding the conflict of law rules
